Much of my professional journey has been shaped by the inspiration of my respected teacher, Md. Alamgir Kabir Sir, Chief Computer Instructor at the Department of Youth Development, Sunamganj. His guidance in computer education became the foundation of my career, teaching me not only skills but also honesty, patience, and the courage to dream big.
In 2011, I established Mangalkata Computer Training Center, the first successful training institute in Greater North Surma, Sunamganj Sadar. Until June 2025, the center has trained over 5,900 students, creating jobs and empowering many to become self-reliant.
Later, I founded Design Thinkers (2022), a creative design agency, and Ninja Flow (2024), a Webflow template agency—together providing sustainable employment opportunities for young people.
Whatever I have achieved today, its roots go back to the education and inspiration of my beloved mentor, Md. Alamgir Kabir Sir—for whom I remain forever grateful.

No one can rise in life entirely on their own; there is always a guiding hand behind every success. For me, that guiding hand has been Mr. Md. Alamgir Kabir, Chief Computer Instructor at the Department of Youth Development, Sunamganj.
In 2017, while serving as an Imam, I enrolled in a six-month computer training course under his supervision. From him, I learned not only computer skills but also life lessons, morality, and the value of honesty in earning a livelihood.
Inspired by his guidance, I established Fuad Computer Training Center, where I have successfully trained more than 2,000 students. Later, I also worked as an instructor at his institution, gaining invaluable teaching experience. With his sincere support, I even secured government approval for my own center—without corruption or unfair demands.
What sets Alamgir Kabir Sir apart is his generosity, honesty, and sincerity. He has always celebrated my success as his own pride. For this, I remain deeply grateful and sincerely pray for his long life, good health, and the ability to continue guiding others.
